Copenhagen waterfront

Night shots from the Copenhagen waterfront. I have had fun shooting after dark this October and November. The days are short and the nights are long, so you might as well make the best of the dark hours. All shot with D200/18-200mm VR.

A cure for lens lust

Can you really control the urge to browse shop windows, surf B&H, KEH and read the same lens test in a magazine for the umpteenth time? Is there a cure? There just may be...

Great patterns

Great patterns drawn on the sidewalk and cobblestones by lampposts in central Copenhagen. Almost like underwater shots. All shot with the D200 and the 18-200 VR on a tripod.

A fantastic sunset over the

A fantastic sunset over the Danish Storebaelt bridge. This was a rarely beautiful sight. The colors are unmodified. All D200 and my 18-200.

Cityscapes

Cityscapes from around Copenhagen on a cloudy day. All shot with my Nikon D200 and the 18-200 VR

Autumn colors

Autumn colors. All shot with the Nikon D200 and the Nikon 85mm f1.8.

A bright 85mm lens

A great and affordable short telephoto potrait lens with excellent image quality for the price. I bought one used, and I love it.

Another trip to Copenhagen

Another trip to Copenhagen harbour. So many subjects to shoot. Shot with Nikon D200 -- some with the Sigma 10-20mm and some with the Nikon 18-200mm VR

Crazy shots

Sometimes you need to go a bit berserk, do the unexpected and surprise yourself by breaking some of the rules

A friend called for some winter

A friend called for some winter shots, so I dug into the archives. These were all shot during january, February or March the last couple of years.
