The first of my many Canon Powershots and one heck of a camera when you consider its specs and configuration. The Powershots are compact point&shoot cameras, and the A80 was a 4 megapixel camera and the first to really appeal to me. A great form factor, a hinged LCD and a really good image quality won me over. Combined with easy handling and lots of manual control, it did a great job for me. I had a couple of these before upgrading to a A620, which was essentially the same camera with better specs.
