Minolta 70-210mm f/4
The so called beer can lens from Minolta, a really excellent midrange zoom with a stunning optical quality and a very good mechanical ditto

Nikon 55mm f/3.5 macro
An old macro back from the 70's. Not able to keep up with the modern lenses, but very nice in build quality - and it was a gift, so I'm not complaining - and it works on my Nikon belllows thanks to being an AI lens with an aperture ring.

Nikon 40mm f/2.8 macro
A great little macro lens, cheap and sharp, but with a little too close working distance for my taste.

Sigma 50mm f/1.4
A great and bright normal lens from Sigma that acts more like a short telephoto lens on my DX bodies. Great for portraits on DX, very shallow DOF and really nice bokeh - and of course very bright. I love to shoot with this lens wide open.

A fantastic telephoto zoom, probably only outdone by its successor, the VR II model

Macros for Nikon DX

Nikon Bellows PB-3 on a DSLR
Many Nikon macro bellows are known not to fit on modern SLR's, but I managed to make a very easy conversion to fit my Model III on all my Nikon bodies

Sigma 50mm f/1.4
I have a weakness for bright lenses and always had great experiences with Sigma. So when I wanted a bright 50mm, I found it natural to look closer at Sigma's offering.
